Phil Dubois has served as President, CEO and a director of CityXpress since January 1999. With over 30 years' experience in the high technology industry, Phil has successfully guided a number of early stage companies to positions of market leadership. Phil is responsible for strategic planning and guiding the overall corporate development of the company. Phil is a director of the ALS Society of BC and a Fellow of the Academy for Chief Executives of Technology Companies (AceTech).

Ken Bradley, CMA, has served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of CityXpress since January 1999. A Certified Management Accountant, Ken has provided financial expertise to a number of rapidly growing technology companies over a 35-year career. As Chief Operating Officer, Ken is responsible for managing the company's auction operations division (sales, sales support, and client services), as well as its finance and administration department.

Jeff Christensen has managed the development of software applications for CityXpress since 1999 as Vice President Development and Technology. Prior to joining CityXpress, Jeff worked on software projects for a number of large Canadian companies. As well as recruiting and managing a quality team of software engineers, Jeff is responsible for guiding the strategic development of the CityXpress suite of software products.

Peter de Souza joined CityXpress in 1999 and served in several key roles including sales training and business development in North America until 2004 when he assumed responsibility for international expansion. As Managing Director, Peter is responsible for new business development and guiding the expansion of the Company’s product line to address new markets in the United Kingdom.

Steve Raizen, as Vice President Sales Development, manages worldwide sales support for CityXpress, directly with customers in North America and through our reseller channel in international markets. He is responsible for developing and delivering client sales training for all CityXpress products. He joined CityXpress in July 2002 as part of the acquisition of event auction provider 10digit Communications.

Mike Togyi, Vice President Business Development, joined CityXpress in April 2005, bringing more than 12 years' sales and marketing experience from Vancouver high-technology companies. His responsibilities have included managing North American sales and marketing. He is now responsible for new business development and guiding the expansion of the Company’s product line to address new markets in North America.
