Activation service includes:

*Safely pressurizing your residential lawn sprinkler system (up to 12 zones/stations)
*Assessing for proper backflow preventer pressurization
*Assessing for leaks
*Testing your system
*Testing your wiring/hydraulic lines
*Operating each zone/station manually
*Assessing for leaks sprinkler lines
*Examining all sprinklers
*Assessing all spray sprinklers for proper installation & seal operation
*Assessing all spray sprinklers for proper pop-up & completed retraction and rotation/reversal of direction
*Adjusting spray patterns of all adjustable sprinklers
*Cleaning sprinkler nozzles of debris
*Clearing overgrown grass & debris from sprinklers
*Re-programming controller for current weather conditions
*Testing the function of auto rain sensor, if one exists
*Providing a "sprinkler system status report".

Winterization system includes:

*Shutting off water to system
*Placing "warning seal" on system shut-off valve
*Opening indoor "drain-back" & draining indoor sprinkler piping from water supply, leave drain-back in open position
*Installing a FREE winterization tap if one doesn't exist
*Blowing the water out of sprinkler lines
*Assessing the sprinkler system controller, remote valves & field wiring/hydraulic lines
*Assessing for leaks in lines
*Adjusting backflow preventer shut-off valves & test ports to protect against freeze damage
*Removal & winter storage of backflow preventer if equipped
*Providing a "winter sprinkler system status report"
