Children of all abilities will have fun while staying healthy and active with age-appropriate strength, core and agility work. Great for pre-season conditioning! Ages 8-13. Classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 to 11:45am.

Youth fitness sessions take place at \ki'netik\ FITNESS's Indoor facility and are coached by certified, energetic & fun adult coaches. Same great \ki'netik\ quality, this time for your children! Certificate for total of 8 weeks.
