The pass is non-transferable. Passes may only be purchased by first-time season pass holders only. The user that the season pass will be assigned to must live in one of the following towns:
North Dakota: Fargo, West Fargo, Harwood, Horace, Jamestown, Grand Forks
Minnesota: Moorhead, Dilworth, Willmar, Detroit Lakes, New York Mills, Park Rapids, Perham, Wadena
If the user does not live in one of the towns listed, the season pass is not valid.
